The LICIT has initiate various collaboration with world-class research groups, networks and centres for excellence in order to ensure that LICIT’s research achievements are globally recognised and share knowledge and expertise. It succeeded in elaborating scientific partnerships at many levels: international, European, national.
On a European and international level, the LICIT collaborates with centres of excellence such as EPFL (Switzerland), TU Delft (the Netherlands), AIT (the Austrian Institute of Technology), QUT (Queensland University of Technology, Australia) Tniveristy of Tokyo and Kyoto (Japan), ViginiaTech, GeorgiaTech, UC Berkeley (USA) and the US Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
It is also deeply involved in several international scientific committees (hART, INSTR, ISTTT, TRB …) and in several editorial boards of prestigious journals.
On the national level, the LICIT has built strong partnerships with several scientific and technical institutions such as CSTB, IGN, METEO-FRANCE and the Scientific and Technical Network of the french DOT, with many trnasport network managers.
